U.S AND CANADA
Standard Shipping:
1. All orders placed on line (www.dejavu-cosmetics.com) shipped by UPS Ground.
2. Orders will processed and ship within 1-3 business days of receipt eastern time.
3. based on the shipping options you choose You will receive your order within 3 - 7 business days from the day we ship your order
4. Orders cannot be shipped to P.O. boxes
5. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and Canada may take longer
6. Signature upon delivery required for all shipments.
7. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM EST, Excluding Holidays).
8. If your online order arrived with incorrect products or has missing or damaged items, please contact our customer care experts directly.
In case we encounter any problems processing or shipping your order, you will be notified by our customer service department within 3 business days by email.

3. All returned orders due to non acceptance by the recipient on basis of local customs charges will be subject to additional shipping charges to redeliver the order.
Undeliverable Packages
Occasionally packages are returned to us as undeliverable.
1. When the carrier returns an undeliverable package to us, we issue a full refund (including shipping charges).
2. We are unable to re-ship orders that are returned to us as undeliverable.

RETURN POLICY
Our Return Policy only qualifies if the product was purchased through www.Dejavu-cosmetics.com.com or over the phone with our Customer Service.
All purchases made in the Malls or from other orator must be taken care of at the location in which the products were purchased.
For Products that have been purchased on our web site www.Dejavu-cosmetics.com.com or with our Customer Service simply return the unused product to our distribution center within 21 days from the date of purchase in its original condition and packaging with the original purchase receipt, and we will issue a full refund for the full price of the product (less shipping costs).
Refund process takes between 15 to 30 days. Though it will take longer to appear on your statement.
After completed the process is, your credit card or other payment method will be refund.

Exchange
We will Exchange the product for another new product.
Within 21 days from the date of purchasereturn the unused product to our distribution center Securely pack the merchandise in its original condition and packaging with the original purchase receipt and ship to us via US Postal Service or UPS Please Remember to insure your package.
We'll process your return within 7 days of receipt, though it will take longer to appear on your statement. If you provided an email address, we'll notify you via email when your exchange has been received and processed.
Cancellation Policy
All orders placed via our web sitewww.Dejavu-cosmetics.com and canceled prior to shipment we will issue a full refund for the full price of the product.
Orders that cancelled after shipping process we will issue a full refund for the full price of the product (less shipping costs).
Our business is based on trust, we appreciate the same and concern from our customers. We do not provide refunds the product has been used.
