WASTE OF MONEY!!!!!!! |

I bought this product on Sunday at the mall where I was told it would keep my nails looking shiny and buff for up to 4 weeks...its been 4 days and they are NOT shiny anymore. Not to mention the salespeople were way too pushy. This product does NOT work the way they say it does. DO NOT BUY IT ONLINE EITHER!!! THEY ARE RIPPING YOU OFF!!!!!!! I got it at the mall for 20.00, first the guy told me 29 but when he realized he was going to lose the sale he changed it to 20. Still not worth it. The lotion does smell amazing but the product does NOT WORK!!

My husband purchased this product for me about 2 months ago. Upon purchasing this product I was told that it was redone so that the buffing block would have a longer life and the shine would last longer on your nails. Lies. I have had it for 2 months and I used it only a few times because of the fact that the buffing part of the block no longer works and the shine only lasts for a few days. You have to continuously use this product every other day for a lasting shine, but, that is impossible when the buffing block no longer works. It was not worth the money or my time. I am very unsatisfied and unhappy. I would never recommend this product to anyone. The salesperson made it to be this amazing product to use, but, in the end it was all lies. There is no way to contact customer service to complain about this product and their contact e-mail doesn't work either. I hope this review will help someone else before spending this amount of money on something that doesn't even work!!

I am happy that I did not buy this product. The guy in a mall in Washington DC was trying so hard to sell this product to me but without success. He told me the same that my nails will stay shiny for 1 month. He wanted to charge me $39 for this product. After just 2 days this shiny aspect went away. Customers beware of this product and of this company!

I bought this kit from a kiosk at the KOP mall. After a quick buff and drenching my nail in oil, my nail looked so shiny. I was told that it would stay that way for 1 month. The shine lasted 4 days. I have been back twice for a refund. Guess what? No refunds, just exchanges. The first time back a girl told me she had never seen this issue before and offered to buff them for me. That does not change the fact that the shine lasted 5 days only. She said she would have the guy that sold it to me (I guess he is the head cheese) call me. He didn't. If I paid $20 I would not be so upset. I didn't need lotion or oil. I wanted the buffer for the "one month shine". When I went back the 2nd time, the guy who sold the product to me said he never said it would last 1 month. So it is a $53 lesson. There is no customer service number on the box, the contact email does not work and the Kiosk does not give refunds. Beware. Glad if it worked for you.
